So now the difficulty was how to prepare dinner with an active 2 1/2 year old? Chicken Strata is easy, but just how easy. Everything came together very well for Sous Chef Rose I have to say.

So I stopped doing the foundry thing, temporary or permanent I don't know (well I'm still working via phone and email, consulting). I can't afford to go to the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) or the Art Institute of Atlanta but I did enroll in the local tech school's Culinary Arts program. This blog is about my trials in school, cooking at home and food in general. I may digress occasionally but hope to stick mainly to the topic.

What a Cutie Pie! And what remarkable patience. And I am glad you turned on the right eye this time! So how did your budding chef do? Oh, I like that she felps with the clean up!
I'm really not a very patient person and I have a temper. But strangely with Rose I seem to have an (near) endless amount.
Happy Valentines Day! Just wanted to know that I like how thoughtful you are. And I like your rather dry wit-my favorite flavor!
Loved the pictures of Rose cooking. Reminds me so much of the picture of
you washing dishes. You would have been about the same age. You and your dad were good buddies in the kitchen.
